What is the percentage error of a 250ml volumetric flask?

If its grade a +/- 0.1 mL

Well, on the 250mL-volumetric flasks that we use at school the Error is +0.05mL

The same way you would work out the percentage if it wasn't Ohms law. In this case the absolute error is 0.2 so the error compared to the calculated result is 0.165%.

If you can read the markings and interpolate them to get an answer that is within 1 ml of the actual level, then it is 1 part in 250 so that is .004 which is 0.4%.

So the percentage error is plus or minus 0.4%
