Then it'll freeze..I think i can still move the mouse around,but i can't click on anything.It just freezes..and it always does this. It's tottaly unusable right now. What can i do about this? I think it might be a virus? Would it be a good idea to start it in safe mode and delete all my downloaded files?

it would be a good idea if you have the recovery cd to use it maybe if your lucky the harddrive is still good

deleting the files probably wont help...but restart into safe mode, and run virus scans. if nothing can find a virus, run system restore to a date you remember the comp being functional
