ok im been talk to this girl and i like her but i dont no if she likes me and we talk on the phine every night for like 3 hour and her friends aways say i like her . one of her friends came up to me and asked if i liked her and i said yes and she also asked me if she asked me if she asked me to the dance if i would say yes and i said yea does this mean that she like me ? how do i tell her i like her and i want to be with her

Tell her before some other Guy beats you to it!! If you talk to her over the phone tell her then, but feel her out First!! My Guess is that she likes you too!! Go 4 it, I have a great feeling about this!!!
