Why is it that the women we need to have children now have very few?

DNA it`s simple genetics the fact is all the women we want to populate the planet now choose high paid exec jobs instead. The effect can be seen in every city high crime etc this is due to horrid people having more children than high quality people i ask this is it simple genetics causing the decline of civalisation

Many things can explain this phenomena. The reasons why women don't want to have children can vary from people to people and from country to country... depends on where you live and what type of women you have studied.
It is a fact, of course, that more woman today than before want children... they prefer making long studies in order to have a work... then they can think about having children without stopping to work.
I think you are true when you say that the high quality people have less children than other... I have quoted myself that in some countries, as in all animals' society, humans have less children when unconsciously they know that their children couldn't have enough food and/or work.
It certainly must be the "survival instinct" !
Maybe women would have more children if they were sure it would be enough food and work... and most of all if life was easier !

But if you are just talking about genetics, I doubt that the ratio of intelligent people versus less intelligent people having children has changed very much at all. As many others, I think that the Father's DNA and input into raising their children is as important as the Mother's. You have to know that the way the children are brought up is not a DNA issue, the fact is that the people need to be more educated about how to raise children and how to teach them and discipline them so that they grow up to be decent human beings. For example, my mother had 3 children and has chosen to raise her kids full time rather than go out to work, because she believed that that was what was the best thing to do for her family. My brother, my sister and I have studied at school until the primary and by correspondance until the end. My mother has worked as our personnal home teacher a number of years. When she was young she was gifted and talented and was always the best and the first of her school, as my father was always the best and the first of his school. We are well brought up, well behaved, intelligent and respectful of others.

2/ DNA is only a minor part of what makes a person - the rest is the environment. So this question could be aimed as much at men who are not making the world child developemnt friendlily

Women have maybe found better things to do with their lives than having children.

Plus don't you think we're a little overpopulated? High crime is due to lazy parenting. You can find that in all social levels! People want kids but are not willing to do the work required to bring up those kids into responsible adults.

Most families only have one or two children because of the cost associated with bring a child up these days. Consider all the costs. I would bet that you have never had a child or have any clue about the responsibilities it takes to raise one. Your ideas about "horrid", people smacks of racism and those people who you so quickly vilify will quite nicely carry on the propagation of,"civilization". If you're talking about just genetics, I doubt that the ratio of intelligent people versus not so intelligent people having children has changed very much at all. Just as an example, I've got 4 kids, my IQ is 170. My two oldest children are at school and are on the national 'gifted and talented' register. My children are well brought up, well behaved, intelligent and respectful of others. I've chosen to raise my kids full time rather than go out to work, because I believe that that is what's best for my family. My Mum is a member of MENSA and worked for a number of years for GCHQ. She had 5 kids.

Really? ALL the 'high quality' women have decided not to have children? I have no idea where you live, but there is NO LACK of middle and upper-income women getting pregnant, having children and raising families. Not in this country, not in this continent nor anywhere in the western world. As for the third world countries, the population is increasing so fast that it makes your head spin. You are forgetting one part of the equation. Men usually keep their women in line, to prevent women from mating exlusively with the top 10% of men who are the most attractive, which would result in a lot of half siblings mating with each other, which is not so good on a genetical level. However anything that comes close to it is considered mental abuse or something and masculinity or men just beeing men is beeing discouraged. The consequence is men at large become hedonists and women and their eventual offspring are left to themselfs only with big daddy goverment pointing them in the direction they want them to head.
