I don't know of a state where your rights change because you get married. Probably in the South, if anywhere. Don't be foolish, stop drinking because it's the right thing to do, not just because your husband wants you too. Alcoholism is such a big problem in our country and you also could damage the fetus when you get pregnant. There are so many reasons not to. Wait until you are 21 and then have an occasional glass of wine with a special dinner if you must.

Are you 20 years old or 20 weeks pregnant? Please don't drink it's so hard on the baby, the alcohol goes into it's bloodstream also. Your husband has every right to be mad, he's just trying to protect you both. Look up effects of FETAL ALCOHOL SYNDROME. Maybe that will change your mind about drinking. You need all the info you can get on pregnancy and drinking.

I think that you should apologies to him and stop drinking. I bet he is telling you off for your own good and it is bad drinking alcohol at the age of 20, as you have your whole future before you.

Stop drinking! However, there is a law that says that if you are married, drinking is legal. Dont know what state or what but have been told it. If he doesnt want you to drink, talk with him about it.

you should apologize and stop drinking even if you need to get into some counseling to do this. i hope you are not pregnant because drinking while pregnant can cause all kinds of birth defects. hope this helps. good luck.
