When I first heard that Daniel died, something about the entire situation rubbed me the wrong way. Then when I heard that Anna died, my suspicion grew, and now I really think he might have had something to do with it.
My personal theory is that Howard has a nose candy addiction of his own that has gotten really out of hand, and the cost of it was starting to affect his lifestyle. So, he decides Anna has got a lot of money sitting around and as her lawyer, needs to do something to keep billing her for hourly work, and murders Daniel. Anna grieves and leans on him for support, but soon begins to maybe grow suspicious of him, and maybe when she confronted him about it, he realized that she had to go as well. (Talk about a conspiracy theory.)
I also kind of wonder if he hadn't planned on murdering Anna, since they had a civil union and were supposedly planning on getting married. He then could've just mooched off of her as her legal husband, but again, maybe Anna grew suspicious and was going to alert someone, so he decided that she had to go.
Something about the guy just doesn't seem right, and I hope that if he did do it, authorities will catch him on it.

I have a friend who works in the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel here in Hollywood, Florida, and she saw them walking around there many times because she used to visit the place often. She said that the guy seemed to manipulate her, she was zombie all the time, and that guy was with both the day of their deaths.
I think that he did has something to do in their deaths. I don't think the baby would be next, not now at least.
I do believe in Anna mother's opinion. A mother always want the best for her children.

hmmm...its probable the baby will enter drug rehab next year and drop dead.....Then we will see a crying Howard K. Stern on cnn with a new sportscar.

Some believe that he did. If he did, he would not murder the baby, as his paternity is dubious. Once established, if he is a murderer, he might.

i don't think he will kill that little baby, hopefully she will be with her real father soon who i think it is Larry Birkhead and we don't know if he killed them eventhough it seems that way i just hope they hurry up with the DNA test
