I always fix my fiber problem with All-Bran Cereal. You can also try apple, pear and oatmeal.Whole wheat bread and whole grain cereals helps a lot.If you don't like any of them then take Psyllium Fiber supplements. They come as Metamucil powder or capsules or even BeneFibre helps a lot. They are all safe for the baby just try to drink as much water as possible as a lot of fiber can cause gas too.

when I was pregnant with my first, I always felt like I wasnt getting enough fiber (if you know what I mean). So I went on a fiber mission. Fiber for breakfast (cereal packed with it), toast, breads, anyting to go along with my meals to add to that non-fiber feeling. If you still arent feeling "normal", ask your OB for suggestions such as OTC meds that are safe for baby. Stay away from too many sugars which can take away from it.

Its very common to suffer from constipation in pregnancy.First I would dink plenty of water as this really helps and is really good for you and the pregnancy.I would eat lots of fruit and veg.wheetabix or porridge,I also found Rivita multigrain crisp breads very good .If all else fails see your doctor. He might prescribe a mild laxative.
