Looks like King Ranch in Texas has more acreage than Parker Ranch on the Big Island of Hawai'i
King Ranch is the largest ranch in the United States. The 825,000 acre (3,340 km²) ranch, founded in 1853 by Captain Richard King and Gideon K. Lewis, sprawls across six Texas counties, including much of Kenedy County.
Spanning approximately 150,000 acres between Mauna Kea and the Kohala Mountains on Hawaii’s Big Island, Parker Ranch is among our nation’s largest and most historic ranches. Throughout 2007, Parker Ranch marks its 160th Anniversary, commemorating the $10 purchase of two acres of land from King Kamehameha on January 14, 1847.

It's in Hawaii. It is 225,000 acres, which is small compared to the largest in the world: Anna Creek Station in South Australia. Anna Creek is 6,000,000 acres!!
