Unfortunately, the killer is not Greenlee that would have been interesting. Greenlee would have had some motive to kill the fusion girls, especially Kendall and Zach for the role they played in her not getting her baby. The Satin Slayer is Alexander Cambias Sr., Zach's father. The old guy that died in Las Vegas with after meeting Ryan. He has motive to but it's just so predictable.

No, I don't think Greenlee is the killer. She's coming back to the show, only it won't be the original one - Rebecca Buddig. It's another actress.
I think the killer is from Zach's past and we don't know him/her. The women are being killed to torture Zach - leading up to Kendall - which won't happen.

i think it's possible, i was kinda thinking that before jack mentioned hearing from her,but, there's no connection to zach, i think it's more likely ethans mother, or zachs dad isn't really dead and it's him!!
