The way I understand it is that you have two basic Muslim tribes over there. The Sunni's and Semite's. Saddam was a Sunni which is actually in the minority in Iraq. Iran has a large Sunni population. And I guess one tribe wont be happy till the other is wiped out. At least that is my laymans view on it
