To one another, we look like bipeds about 2 meters tall. I assume you have a visual sense because you use words like "seen" and "look".
Another interpretation of your question is that you may be blind. Blind people use words like "see" and "look" metaphorically. So if you're a native of this planet, and a blind human being, then you know,. metaphorically, what human beings look like, although you'd have this image via your other senses, for example, what we feel like, sound like, smell like.
