Vice City Grand Theft Auto: How do you hijack a boat?

I know how to make cars go on the water and stuff but hw do you get a boat? and also would you tell me some fun things to do and where and how to do them. because im bored wih just driving around and stuff.

If you do south on the first island then go west there should be some docks with a entrance and there are a few boats sat there you can get in, if you havent completed any missions yet the docks will be closed so you can use a car on water, use the ramps to jump onto the jetty then from there take any boat you want.

You can do the buss driver mission if your bored, otherwise there isent realy much to do.

once you find a boat you can get into you can drive it just like you would a car.... look up toys__hubby(my hubby)just do a simple search for him up top, he knows that game backwards and front he'll give you some hints and cheats to help ya out and have fun..
