I don't know if Notch has any football experience but he is a master motivator and should be considered for the job. What do you think.

To goldperson - I'm not just talking about your run of the mill motivator I'm talking about NOTCH JOHNSON. Think about it, with all that talent Notch could get them to do anything.

What kinda silly question is that. You hire a COACH not just some motivational speaker or something. I mean you are basically saying hire this guy to motivate the players. The Head Coach does more then that.

I feel sorry for whoever gets that job, since the owner obviously lets the GM interfere with the head coaches decisions. The Charges will be hurt next year by their back office nonsense.

I think Harty should not be fired because he led the Chargers to two consecutive playoffs. the one that think should be fired or traded is Kate Keading the Kicker, because of him that the Chargers lost two consecutive playoffs.

they should get someone who can fill the shoes of marty, that was just plain dumb getting rid of him.
