Is automobile best or mechatronics for choosing master in technology programme as study in germany?

i want to go for study in germany . which branch is best for study for master in technology if i have to choose from Automobile or Mechatronics. which branch is much job oriented and which collage/universities are best in germany?? plz help me...

Do not focus on the market, but on your skills.
At the moment Mechatronics is a real need on the German market, but who knows what it will be like in 4-5 yrs?
If you want to be good in your job, go for the one you like most, otherwise you will get stuck.

One of the best German Universities for that should be the technical University in Munich.
