When I think of my life so far I can really say that I've been having huge ups and downs.I mean, apart from what happens to everybody during life, there are periods in which I feel stronger and have a can do attitude. In others I feel so vulnerable and weak.I just wish I were more even.I can smile and be happy of those up periods but some of the down ones are just terrible so say the least.
Does it happen to any of you too?

Yes it does. But as u get older you learn new skills on how to handle it.I'm old as dirt now and it seemed like it happen over night. But with everything I have went through I learned one thing. You can let things get u really upset but the problem is still there. So I have learned to take everyting with a sense of humor.Like right now.My meter plate has broken and under my house is 6 inches of frozen water. So I called Root Away and got a beer. Now I won't think anymore of it .Until I get the bill.hahahaha

Without the peaks and valleys your life would be insanely dull. Plus consider, how could you recognize a peak or a valley if you didn't have the status quo to compare it to?

It's normal, don't fret.
