you buy 1 tv tuner card conncet up your satelite to that then scan the satelite on to the tv station

Yahoo Tech had an article yesterday with more than 5 ways of watching tv on your pc. It didn't mention the way that I've done it. Buy a tuner card for your computer (or get a usb tuner) and hook it up to the cable or antenna. The card I tried was an ATI "All-in-Wonder" card, that's a combination vga, tv, fm card. It didn't work very well, it looked like a snow storm in July. I bought a new card that's supposed to be HD capable, we'll see.
