Sheila Sea Gull. In Western Oregon, they come in just ahead of the storm off the coast. You can see them on School fields. I have no idea of what they eat, but they do predict the weather. What would a ground hog know about weather? They spend most of their time in a tunnel.

Well, defintely not my local weatherman, but I think a turtle would be a good choice. They're so cool! (except for the flying ones that temporarily erased my memory once)
