Anyone coming off Depo Provera?

I got one shot about 15 weeks ago, and have decided along with my husband that I should not renew it in hopes of conceiving. I've read on several webpages that it could take between 6 - 18 months for the body to return to its normal cycle. Has anyone experienced getting pregnant before this timeframe? :-)

Yeah, I was on it for 6 months I think, defintely less than 9... anyway, I went off of it and didn't get a period again until 9 months later... imagine my worry!
