I read somewhere that when a woman make a dramattic change to her hairstyle, it is evidence that she has found new confidence within herself. I shaved my waist-length hair off some years ago - I had gone into the hairdresser with a desire to change my life in some way and came out crying when I realised what I had done. I think, in my case at least, it was a sign that I was deeply unhappy with myself - a form of self-mutilation. I think Britney needs to be left alone to fight her demons. It is easy to think that she has done this for publicity but I think it more likely that she is under immense strain.

I think she's absolutely out of control. Yes, she is entitled to a personal life, but when pictures of your personal life are splattered all over the internet and magazines - there in full for her family and friends to see.....I just don't understand why they aren't stepping up faster and making her take a good hard look at herself and her life. She just keeps going. She's going to end up dead from alcohol poisoning and those boys are going to end up with K-Fed, who right now, sad as it may be, is looking like a very stable person.

Oh my God yes. She used to be so beautiful and such a cool pop idol! And now she has proved she's insane or just drug addict. She doesn't even care about her two babies. She prefers partying and drinking.

Personally, I think it is a cry for help or attention. But she is definitely unstable and a bit crazy.
