None. Use a saline spray for colds and sinus infections, or ask your doctor what you can take if you are plagued with allergies.

Tylenol Sinus or Tylenol Sinus Allergy are the only ones my doctor lets me take.

Don't take anything without calling your Ob/Gyn... even on Saturdays, leave a message for the on-call doctor to call you back.
