It would be best if you just bring it in and let it thaw slow. If you try to heat it up you could cause it to change and then you detergent might not work the same. you could put it by a heater or register.

you cant unfreeze it FAST. You have to just let it sit inside overnight at least to defrost. You can add some warm water to help it become liquidy again. I did the same thing and just had to let it sit over night. It is always good to have extra detergent on hand. I had to use my new bottle and let the old bottle sit inside for hours before it was liquid again. And I added a little warm water to my liquid fabric softener because after freezing it became gel like.

Put it in a sink/large pot of hot, steamy (not boiling) water. The surrounding water will cool as it draws the heat out from the bottle, so as the water cools, make it hot again. That'd be the quickest way.

FIll a sink or bathtub with hot water...and then set the bottle in for a good half hour. If you set it in a sink, empty the sink after 20 minutes (the hot water will have turned colder) and then refill it with hot water around the bottle again. repeat as necessary... I wold not microwave the bottle on its side!!!! Likewise, boiling it in water would possibly put a hole in the plastic bottle! (unless you protected the bottom somehow...

Keep it by the fireplace overnight.
Of course, the other option is to bring it to your laundry room where it belongs anyway and toss it in the dryer. It's going to be loud, you might as well toss some wet work boots or sneakers in there too. I'd say 60 minutes on permanent press outta do it.

DON"T PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE!!!!!! Actually I now you are smarter than that! ;) Set it next to a heater or heat vent. May be furnace or warm water. We are experiencing the same weather. Today it is about -15 degrees.
Stay warm!
