The tattoo is fine, but the shaved head ?? Next she'll go to a plastic surgeon to have an eye removed, or maybe add an extra nose. She clearly is trying to become unappealing.

Well like Lindsay Lohan she was kept like a little baby for so long that when she had the privilege of a car cell phone and parties she didn't know how to handle it correctly. So she tried to handle all of it on her own and get married at the same time. When she tried to she learned she didn't know how to handle responsibilities and marriage. Then everything started to crumble in her perfectly manicured hands. Now no one has no clue what she is doing including herself.

I think she shaved her head as an act of rebellion to try change herself so she's not as recognizable, she just wants people esp media to leave her alone. But since she's a celebrity, it just only creates more attention.
