She is entitled to her political beliefs, and I am glad that she is having a baby and loves her parents dearly. But, I can't help but to think that she dislikes her sexual orientation. What do you think?

Absolutely.
Where was she in 2004 when Bush tried to ban gay marrige?
Where was she in 2004 when 13 states banned gay marriage?
How come she has never spoken out against this administration for it's stance on gay rights?
Where was she at the Republican National Conference in 2004 when her whole family was on stage - but her.
She is a coward.
But, within every group and community there are cowards. This is not new.

Most of those kind of people usually stay in the closet and spout repeated anti-gay crap. At least Cheney's out about her sexuality. She can't support the gay community because Daddy's a Republican and Mary doesn't have the balls to stand up to him. I bet when Daddy is out of office she'll go running to the gay community. Hopefully they'll tell her what she can kiss.

Considering her openness, what would you have her do? Sky write "I am a lesbian....Mary Cheny" over Washington, D.C.? Seems to me you expect more than what is necessary to make of being gay. Being Gay is a sexuality, not a life style. Big deal.

She likes being a lesbian; she may not like her father's company in terms of that, but she even wrote a book detailing her battles overcoming discrimination and why gay rights should be respected.

She appears comfortable enough with it to be open about it. Self-loathing gay people pretend they're straight, marry straight people, lead miserable lives and make those around them miserable. She appears not to be that way.

I'm not sure. I sure hate her. I hate that she is gay, too--- we have enough problems without awful people like her joining up.
