I am 36.5 weeks pregnant and I have been nauseated very much for about 3 weeks and continuing off and on......my doctor told me it was the baby pushing on my stomach region a lot and doing his acrobatics....also I was told to stay very hydrated at this time and not skip meals or be late for them as being dehydrated or having low sugar in the blood causes nausea and fatigue.....you will continue to proably feel a little tired as your due date closes in.......get rest and try eating "cold" veggies like celery and carrots which seems to help me a little and perriere sparkling water with lemon.

are you asking two questions? seems like it. yes, nausea is common at any time during pregnancy. at the end the baby is taking up most of the space, possibly squishing your stomach, so you can't eat very much at one time and it can also nauseate you. as for flu symptoms- nausea is not part of the flu. the flu includes body aches, fever, headache and a feeling of being so very tired. the flu does not include upset stomach, diarrhea, runny nose or general cold symptoms. if you have the flu symptoms- call your doctor. otherwise, your a normal momma!! congrats.

I had nausea the whole time I was pregnant and had to take something for it because I couldn't keep anything down. Nausea is normal at any stage of pregnancy. It just depends on your body. Right before I gave birth I had nausea too.

Yes, you can have nausea at the end of pregnancy. With my last child I didnt actually get sick until about 8 months pregnant. I was actually puking just about every other day.

So long as you do not have fever you are okay.
Yes, at the end of your pregnancy you really do feel like you're coming down with the flu. Morning, or all day sickness tends to return, your body is achey and sore and you just feel like you're at the end of your physical limits.
Just drink plenty of water, and try to stay as active as possible, and sleep as much as you can.

Yes, you can its almost like morning sickness all over again. If you ask your Dr. they will tell you that "morning sickness" sometimes returns in the last tri-mester. Sorry, but you only have a few weeks left! Good Luck.

Highly unlikely. It's possible that you are sick my dear. Did you have a flu shot, which is OK to get while pregnant? If your symptoms persist, I would contact your doctor.
