None of the above. It was the fact that in the commercialization of agriculture, the agriculture preferred (grain) was labor-intensive. This meant that the upper classes had to keep the peasants tied to the land and prevented them from moving to the cities and becoming a working class. Without a working class, no industrialization have you.
