I know very well Sikh people's nature,even If I'm Hndu.Normally the 1st thing that a father or a mothar see while chosing a wife for their children is the cast,religion and....Iit depends on their mentality....If they want to respect their tradition,It's difficullt that they'll accept you...Even If they're very religious persons, It's difficult that they'llaccept a Christian among them.But If they're a bit modern and open to the outside world they'll surely try to understand their son's feelings towards you.But even you must know that after marriage your life will change a bit because Indian culture is a deep spiritual culture.The 1st girl,who has answered you,I must say thet she's an ignorant and unrespectable because a Sikh doesn't see in a person the external fairness because there are even many Indian girls,who are as fair as the European ones.U don't show ony your external fairness, but even your internal one.....I'm quite sure they'll accept you..good luck..........P.s.wear an Indian suit while meeting them the1st time,they will like

I will noT show u all glossy and good picture lets be precticle here if u like the guy ask him out and if he is ready u ask this question to him generally shikhs are very flexible but u never know it depends on the family and the most on the guy whom u love if he has guts he can get u accepeted there not a big deal then

In India, parents of the boy demand and take from the girl's parents a big dowry ie., huge cash, gold & silver, costly clothes & articles, house or house site, etc. for marrying her. They continue such demands after marriage too. They harass and subject to mental and physical cruelty on failure to fulfill their demands. Sometimes they brutally kill the wife or burn her alive to marry another with more dowry. Despite stern Government laws, usually they escape for lack of evidence and witnesses to prove their guilt before the court.
In India, there cannot be a legal & valid marriage betwee a Christian and a Sikh. The only option is under Special Marriage Act wherein religion is immaterial.
Moreover Sikhism is no religion by itself as per all the Indian Laws, Rules and Acts. They are part of Hinduism and Hindu laws apply to them also in India. Hinduism itself is not a religion. It is a culture, tradition, custom, etc. None can convert to Hinduism since Hindu is born to Hindu parents in Hindustan (India) and adopts such culture.
The Sikh boy may also not agree to embrace christianity and to convert therein. A christian may not adopt Hindu culture. Hindus culture is to worship the genitals (Lingam:Penin & Yoni:Vagina) of their sacred dieties; consume cow urine as sacred liquid; impregnate wives through pious priests (Nyoga), burn widows together with dead body her husband, etc.
In case the marriage fails, and russian girl returns back alive, she may face problems in getting divorce to remarry.

Of course yes, You know we Indians have big a heart ,but make sure you will not deceive Indian family and the person to whom you really love . we dont have any problems . but you can be in a problem if you dont know if his family will accept you or not. find that out .
