Well, Alex Smith seems to be getting better...I'll say 8-8...9-7 at best, and a possible wildcard playoff spot...but bounced in the first round...

The 49ers are good team on the rise. They have a great coaching staff and as long as they keep Norv Turner as Off. Coordinator they can only improve. They also have a lot to build on but most likely they will finish 8-8 or 9-7

If Alex Smith continues to improve at QB and they make the right offseason moves I can see them finishing 9-7, maybe even 10-6, and getting a wild card in the playoffs.

With Frank Gore, Alex Smith now his 3rd year which usually is the breakout year and still a decent pick in the draft I say 9-7 Lose 1st round of playoffs.

alex smith is doing alot better and frank gore surprised everyone this year...no tellin what he'll do next year..im not a 49ers fan at all..and id say they will win at least 9 games ..im thinkn 10-6..wild card

i think they will go 11-5 because of the running of frank gore and if smith played like he did at the end of last year they will go 11-5 . vernon davis will also be a big help wth them and manny lawson will have a break out season
