Circumsizing adults is different from babys. All they do is cut the skin and sew it back together, so i doesn't sound that painful to me, but i don't have a penis. lol. I just wrote that because of the nerve endings comment above.

Having been circumcised at 20 I can tell you that if you do not have a serious health issue don't do it! It is very painful at that age and the risk of scaring is high.It really does not feel much different. So if you can avoid it do so.

It will cost you:
--hundreds of thousands of nerve endings
--the covering that keeps your glans (head) soft, comfortable, and non-irritated
--a week or two off from work or school, depending on how fast you heal. They will tell you not to get an erection for a couple of weeks as it will be extremely painful. Whoa, just try that in your 20s!
--a month or more of celibacy
-- a large part of your own sexual satisfaction for the rest of your life; see http://www.norm.org
--a large part of the satisfaction you would otherwise have been able to give your woman: see http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html

I don't know how much that would "cost", but do you understand how painful that would be? There are enormous amounts of nerve endings in that area.

approx. $5,000 dollars and your health insurance won't cover it unless it is a health problem. Why worry about it, when he's standing tall you can't really tell anyway.
