I don't know what a cctv system is but if you don't want your computer to turn off you can go to your display settings, click on 'screensaver' and look to the bottom where it says 'monitor power'. Click on the 'power' box and see what settings you have. If you don't want anything to shut off automatically, find the 'Never' choice and choose that.
Orrrrr, you might want to check the settings on that cctv thing and see if you can do the same thing if you have access to that.
