Good one!
If you mean "ergonomic" it is the applied science of equipment design, as for the workplace, intended to maximize productivity by reducing operator fatigue and discomfort.

If you mean "agronomy" it is the application of the various soil and plant sciences to soil management and crop production.

The word "ergonomy" is not a known word. The only other word that comes close to it is economy.
