people that say t.o. will run any coach out of town have no clue what they're talking about...t.o. plays with the media making everyone think he has all this power in the franchise...if jerry jones thought he was a threat he would have already got rid of him...wade phillips will do just fine with t.o. or any other player for that matter...people pay too much attention to coach player relationships...when it comes down to it...PRO football is about the players and t.o. will do what t.o. will do...no coach probably even cares

I think the question should actually be how can Phillips keep T.O. happy. T.O. is a whiner and craves media attention. Wade Phillips should ban T.O. from speaking to the media but we all know he isn't strong enough to deal T.O. thus it will be a circus in big D again. Who will get more coverage in Dallas next season T.O. Romo or Phillips for not doing as well as Parcells.
