This is a serious offense and you should not have to be subject to this king of abuse. Neither should your mother. Do you have a grandfather, Uncle, Cousin or maybe a Pastor that can help you?
Don't feel bad for calling either. Your dad has some kind of problem and he is in need of desperate help. It is a danger for you and your mother to live with him.
You need to get help right away as this is a violent situation.
If you have to call Domestic Violence Hot-line then do it now.
I know you feel bad about it and you might not want to call. But someone has to be the heavy and the level-headed being.
Your mom doesn't realize she is being battered. There are also shelters you both can go to.
Please make the decision right now and get out of your house and call for help.
Please let us know you are your mother are safe.
God be with you

Hopefully they have a battered women's shelter where you live, or call the police and report this stuff. You and your mother need to find safer living accomodations.
Good LUck

tell someone!! an abusers strongest weapon is secrecy. tell someone who can actually help you. the police, a teacher, clergy member- maybe even a responsible relative. do it today. your mom may not be ready to accept help and your dad will be angry, but you need to help yourself. the rest will follow.
