I don't know, it can't be all black and white. I borrowed a friends computer a while back and found some disturbing stuff, so I just deleted it all and try not to think about it. But I know my friend and I know he does stupid stuff but he isn't a peadophile and he wouldn't hurt anyone - and I guess you know your friend too?
And if this is in reference to a friend then I know how you feel, and I know it isn't nice.

Children are not supposed to be used for sexual gratification. That is wrong. If an adult gets excited by looking at or using children for sexual objects, that adult is not right.
The question assumes that men partake in that activity exclusively, that is incorrect also. It is the publics awareness of the event, but that is the media perception, it sells magazines and ad space.
The sexual exploitation of any human is some kinda ism, ilia, or a word that has not been applied yet.
When an adult gets a satisfaction from looking at or reading materials that propose,promote or advance, child exploitation the individual is pedophilia in practice and action.
So yes, the man is pedophile.
I do not know what peOdophile is, I will assume that you mean child pornography or abuse.

A pedophile is someone who is sexually attracted to children under the age of 11 or those who appear pre-adolescent. Child pornography could include young teens/teens as they are under 18 and legally children so it depends how young the people in the photos are or are portrayed to be. If not under 11 not a pedophile just a pervert!

Yes, in broad terms he is. However, technically a pedophile is someone who likes to have sex with children. But if he likes to watch child pornography, most likely he would like to have sex with a child. So, Let's say he is a pedophile.

I would suggest that he is a pedophile. At best a few tall boys short of a six pack. Certainly someone that bears watching. Anyone that gets turned on by children is not right and should be banished from society.

Yes and he is a sick, twisted enabler. He is also breaking the law, BIG TIME. It is against the law to own, hold, view child pornography....
I'd turn him in if I were you before he sexually abuses some poor child somewhere......

Definitely what other reason could they possibly have?
A normal person wouldn't do that.
Even if they are not actively doing such a thing it has to be in their
nature to want to and most likely someday if they get the chance they would.
