can someone find me acting audtions in either Chevy Chase, Bethesda, or Silver Spring> Maryland.

Have you checked the Washington Post Arts section? They list area auditions there. You could also contact some theatres in the area (like Round House in Silver Spring) that do youth theatre and ask about their audition schedule. Their websites will often post this info too. Break a leg!
