its a black tower with XP home Pre-installed., built 2005 or 2006 Im missing files and need to know who makes the model. All thats on it is "Ultra" lower center, no manufactor showing anyplace from or rear.
If anyone knows please advise me? thanks

Ultra make computer cases, so all that tells you is that your PC case is made by them, not the whole PC.
Open the case and check inside and/or enter BIOS by pressing delete (or one of the F keys) at start and look for a chassis number or similar.
Sounds like a custom built PC to me, which means finding out who built it will be near impossible unless you have an invoice/somebody who knows where it was bought from.
If you're missing system files it'd be easiest just to reinstall/repair Windows. If a component has failed, check the components manufacturer site, it may be covered by a warranty and replace it.

I don't think Ultra IS a computer company. they DO make Computer Cases however.
Your computer must be a "self built" one.....
