Need help purcasing laptops from Dell and other manufacturing companies !?

Hi
I live outside the US . I need help purchasing laptops from Dell and other manufacturing companies because most of these companies don't accept payments from outside the US . I will be able to have a ship-to address in the US via the mail forwarding company that I know . I want someone who is living in the US to purchase laptops for me and ship them to the address that I will provide and I will pay that person back via wire transfer when the delivery of the merchandise to the provided address verified .
We can discuss that matter .

lmfao i have heard it all now im sure im going to purchasing laptops from Dell and other manufacturing companies and send to you will you pay me first
