Female rabbits have a very high risk of contracting uterine cancer by the time they are around 6 if they are not spayed (around 75%). If the rabbit is spayed, all traces of the uterus and ovaries, which basically reduces the chance of a female rabbit getting uterine cancer to pretty much 0.

I would probably say 50-50 if you are wanting a rabbit, make sure its not over/under weight, its furs niuce and clean, its teeth are nice and white and its overall health and activity looks good

Good Luck!
