well if you really look at most of them whats the view? a gas station? a parking lot? and the plumbing in these places are really bad! its probably nicer to buy an apartment!

Somebody must be, because they're being built. If they ever build affordable high rise condos and some decent mass transit I might be interested. But for now us working-class folk have to make do with regular houses.

Most of those planned will never get started. Almost 50% already canceled. Those started---having difficult selling now as is. Chances of more starts slim. Interested? You have more bargaining power now than you suspect, if serious.

i doubt at the prices they want much of anyone can aford it.
