A team winning by 10 wickets in ODI cricket can be quite common, especially if they are chasing a small target.
The 0/220 that was mentioned before where the West Indies beat Pakistan is most likely the highest score chased down without losing a wicket, although Brian Lara did have to retire hurt during the run chase.
In 1998 sharja cup
Zim 196 all-out
Ind 197/0 in 30 overs
Sachin hit century and ganguly made fifty.
One more in last week
Australia: 148 ( 49.3 overs )
New Zealand: 149-0 ( 27.0 overs )
New Zealand beat Australia by 10 wickets

As for a side batting first, I dont think there is any team that has batted first and gone thru 50 overs without losing a wicket.
