If you could be a bit clearer about this question I can help - I manage teams working helpdeks under ITIL requirements.

Basically you need to be able to log all the users/requestors details (asset numbers, description of equipment), details of the problems, record start time for resolution, record actions and resolution details. There's more but I need to know exactly what you need.
