that you know full well you were not guilty of, and could not afford a lawyer, What legal course of action could you take to save your life? What if you knew you were "set up" meticulously by both civillians as well as Law Enforcement? This is a stalking question...And I am the one being stalked. No sarcasm, just educated legal opinions.

I've heard of many cases where the "easy suspect" was charged and convicted after being railroaded and manipulated. Someone who commits a crime always wants to blame someone else for their actions. Alot of folks become "activists" after they are victimized...seeking out anyone who resembles the offender that victimized them. Sometimes, people accuse someone of something just to get attention..or to take the "blue and red lights" off of themselves. There are some twisted individuals inthis wonderful world of ours. Steer clear of as many as you can.

Not sure, but since it involves law enforcement and I couldn't afford a lawyer I would be sure to contact the County's DA or State's DA office and let them know what's going on. Every state has some form of free legal aid, you might want to look into that. The big thing is getting the word out their to people who have a voice and the power to do something. If you have any type of PROOF that your life is in danger and law enforcement is behind it and they acting corrupt then I would most def. go to a higher authority and explain my situation and also tell everyone I knew and also document everything that happens and everything you do.

Keep any and all receipts. Put them in a safe place, such as the metal boxes that people have to keep important papers safe from fire. Keep a log of your activities, including any witnesses to those activities that you know. (For instance, you could have written down, "Feb. 21st, 2:00 pm. At grocery store with friend Alice.")

That way, if someone accused you of attacking them in another location at 2 P.M., you could easily pull that up in your log book, find the receipt, and possibly get any security camera footage, from the grocery store that showed you were there. And on top of that, you would have "Alice" there as a physical witness.

When you are defending yourself against legal action, the government must provide you with a lawyer. However, in a civil case, you must represent yourself. A judge would be more apt to be on your side if you have paper documentation (such as receipts, phone records) showing your activities.

Ask an educated question instead of one with vague innuendos, and you'll get an educated answer.

I find it very hard to believe that you've been "meticulously" set up by a law enforcement agency...what could you do in life that could possibly make you THAT important?

Nah, I don't think so.....
