I came out to him and took him to a gay club he experiemented but said it wasn't for him etc.I met my darlin girlfriend and she tried to set him up with guy friends, who apparently said 'he isn't gay he is pretendin'.

He never liked my girlfriend or me being with her. After I came out we were both out in 23 years of us being friends we never kissed but we kissed. I felt nothing to be honest but he kept sayin he was hot and I was making his head spin and he was confused.

He has told me in the past when he claimed to be gay that he loved this women my gut feeling as he looked at me was that he was talking about me.

He now says he is gay but I can't set him up with any guys, when I point out a nice guy he almost pretends to go yeah hot. He says after he went with a couple of guys he felt nothing. We are not as close anymore because he gets to creepy nowadays as we get older. I wish he was gay so he would leave me alone, honestly he remembers things i've said in the past too.

He is not gay, he wants to be with you, and even you know that's true. Tell him you are flat out gay and if he wants to be your friend then stop hitting on you!

Maybe you have to quit thinking of gay/straight as all or nothing. I've gone out and had sex with a few women that claimed to be lesbians. I get the feeling that they are mostly lesbian but a portion of their mind is at least curious about the way other people do things.

Maybe your friend just loves you so much that he wants to interact with you in any way possible. He could also be confused about his own sexual identity. Of course none of that gives him the right to just help himself to you like that knowing that you aren't looking for guys at all.

Hes in love ...

guys tend to like their best mates... Best suggestion I can give you is with the help of his mates (secretley) get him into other girls...

Ie get mates to take him out on the pull, to wet t shirt coms, foam parties, lapdance clubs, redirect his feeligns onto someone knew, Maybe you can both go to a lap dance club if you like girls. Maybe then he may start to realise you are more buddies and both like girls... Ie talk about which girl has the best ****... like you are another guy.

You should not have kissed.

That did not help...

He has a major crush on you... you need to find him a new girl

He is just trying to fit in with you and your circle of friends.
The gay social scene is very appealing and fashionable at the moment, maybe he is more attracted to that than men.
If he doesn't fancy you (which I suspect he does) maybe he is just protective of you after knowing you for so long.

Remind him again that you don't like guys in that way and while you do love to be his friend, you could never love him in a way that would be anything more than friends. And if he doesn't like that, then friendship wasn't in the cards for you guys...
