my nokia 6280 does not display callers name or number. how do i fix this?

First off, does your service include caller ID? Most plans have it as a pay more option. Check your contract and see if you have it, or your bill to see if you are being charged for it. If so, go to the local outlet for your wireless phone company and have them check it for you.

Generally you add the name and number to your Contacts List on the Nokia phone.

Having said that most of my contacts show by name one of them won't show by name but only by their number not sure why this is occurring.
