Wet tail is the worst possible answer since rats do not get wet tail. Wet Tail is an ailment affecting hamsters.

Bleeding from the rectum or vagina in rats is very serious. Tumors, polyps, infection, genital myco, are the first things that come to mind. Her breathing and hunched up posture is a sign of pain.

I had a rat that hemmorhaged and she died an hour before my vet appointment. A rat just needs to loose a teaspoon of blood before they get shocky.

Can you get to an emergency clinic? This is an emergency!

I think she has a disease called Wet Tail, you can purchase a antibiotic at your local Pet store. To help you can try sprinkling some flour under her tail. It will absorb the blood and help to slow the flow. Because it’s non toxic, she can then clean it off when she chooses. Once you have the bleeding stopped, don't touch it or you might start it bleeding again.
