I need to get a verizon cell phone but without the plan. No i dont already have a plan, i am just buying the phone for someone else.

they have free phones all the time, but its with a plan otherwise they have cool unlocked phones but they cost a lil more
www.tigerdirect.com or www.ebay.com will have the cheapest
