How crazy is that! I almost kinda sorta feel bad for the crazy lady. Remember when she was young and cute and NORMAL, or at least appeared to be...
As for shaving your head, I'd go for it, as long as you have a head that is okay for shaving. Some people have weird skull bumps hiding under their hair and its just not pretty when shaved.
