Good- It's very easy to pronounce. It seems common, but it's not.
Bad-Reminds me of Fergie's real name. There was a song called Stacey's mom. (I guess that could be good or bad depending on your preference)

Personally, I'd never name my child Stacey or Brittney or Tiffany or anything like that, due to the fact that it may be cute when they're young and whatnot, but one day you're going to be an 80 year old woman named Stacey. It's just sounds wrong.

I think it's pretty.
Some people don't like their names. I didn't, but I sort of grew into liking it as I got older.
The important thing is that YOU like it, and it's part of your identity, after all. You should be proud of it, just as you should be proud of yourself. At least you're not called "Bubbles.";-)

It's a nice name. It gives you an impression that the girl is cute. Yet, it can also give you an impression that she's weak!!!!
