I'm trying to put an alternater belt on but I can't get to it, there is a bolt that is rusted in position and hoses in the way, is there a lube I can use, or any other ideas?

Yes, Like the person said above, tap on it with a hammer. This sometimes lossens the grip.
If need be, you may have to remove the hoses in order to get a firm grip on the bolt. But PLEASE dont strip the bolt, you will be hateing life if you do!!

try a oil call nut off.are wd40, some time a light tap with a hammber does the trick
