Yes, anyone can get "Masturbation Headaches" - or "Sex Headaches". This usually occurs at the point of orgasm where there is a build up of blood pressure and perhaps you are overstraining yourself. There are many web-sites that offer advice: google "masturbation headaches". I currently have a three-day headache as a result of masturbating and previously, seriously felt the sensation of having ruptured a blood vessel on the left side of my head. It was so worrying I went to the doctor after posting on another website initially feeling too embarrassed to discuss it among friends. My doctor's recommendation to me was that should I have become aware of slurred speech or lack of movement in my limbs I might have had a mini stroke and should take myself immediately to a hospital. As this was not the case there was nothing to do for me. I was advised not to exert myself so much in future - we are all different - and different levels of strain tolerance. Take a break! Don't just jump back at it. Maybe as a result of straining blood vessels are weakened, and there is neurological damage which is likely to improve with a little abstinence. (A dirty word I know!) I have since been bold enough to share this information with friends.

Here is what Wikipedia has to say:-
Also known as "sexual headaches", coital cephalalgia is a rare type of severe headache that occurs at the base of the skull before orgasm during sexual activity, including masturbation. The pain usually moves from the base of the skull through the head towards the frontal lobes. Extremely severe and sharp pain behind the eyes is also a symptom. The headaches usually have an immediate onset and typically last for a few minutes to a few hours, although it is possible for such headaches to last up to a few days.

More prevalent in men, by a factor of 3 (a 4:1 ratio), these headaches appear in roughly 1% of the population, though it has been suggested that the prevalence may be higher, due to the embarrassment of presenting with the disorder, especially in cases where spontaneous remission occurs after a few days. It is important to see a doctor if you have such symptoms in order to rule out a potential brain aneurysm, or tumors. In most cases, these headaches are benign. More serious symptoms include a stiff neck, confusion, and dizziness.

As for treatment, a doctor may recommend abstaining from sexual activities and masturbation for a short period of time ranging from a few days to a few weeks. In addition, doctors may recommend medications that can be taken in advance of sexual activity to prevent such headaches. Reduction in weight to a more ideal level and increased exercise may also reduce the likelihood of recurrences.

Coital cephalalgia can frequently occur in a timeframe that exertion headaches occur.

Get headaches from masturbating? No way.

You can get rid of a headache by masturbation, it helps relax you.

Hey, I masturbate every day, sometimes a couple times a day, but I never get headaches from this. I only get pleasure. Hope that you do, too.

I've never heard of it causing headaches. It's not going to causeany harm to your health to masturbate every day, although it might take some of the fun out of actually getting some if you're always self-satisfied.
