use a hose with an attachment that can hold liquid dish soap. Fill with Dawn dish soap, spray and then rinse with hose...let drip dry...you'll be amazed at how well that works.

think your best bet would be first wash with water and a sponge, then do the old fashioned way news paper crumple up a sheet of news paper and soak in water with a little vinegar then wipe , when the news paper start´s to fall apart just take another sheet, remember to wear glove´s as the ink from the paper will stain your hand´s ,then you´ll be back asking how to get it of, The windows will come up nice & no streak´s

If they're that dirty, you might use just water first, then soap & water if you need it. Then use windex and newspaper to wipe them down with. Newspaper works better than anything to keep them from streaking.

Water and vinegar plus a little washing up liquid if necessary to get the mud off.

Polish up with water and vinegar and old newspaper.

Spray them first with the most powerful setting on your hose nozzle, to get the worst off.
Then use soapy water & a sponge, rinse, then squeegee dry.
